Yes, you can use LOCO for free on 50 products. It's up to you whether to translate the selected products or generate new AI descriptions for them. You can also try listing the products in your e-shop.

The default setup uses the texts already in your e-shop (e.g. a brief supplier description), which it can rewrite into a more readable form, optimize for SEO, and format basically. We can also tailor specific editing requirements so the result is as good as possible. If you'd like to customize the assignment for text creation, write to us at loco@expan.do.

Absolutely. When you import your translations into LOCO, they stay translated. LOCO will then only translate new products. You automate the whole process through LOCO. So you don't lose your translations – you put them to work.

Machine translation is a good and simple solution for quickly translating large volumes of text. But it can create extra work elsewhere. Compared to DeepL, LOCO doesn't translate duplicates, saving your team time on further edits. During translation, it respects brands, HTML tags, and changes in input texts – and exports products straight to your e-shop.

You create an account by installing the plugin on Shoptet and Upgates platforms, or you send us your product feed and we'll create the account for you and automate the whole data exchange process.

In LOCO, you pay based on how you use the app. For translations, you pay for translating unique texts and filling your TRANSLATION MEMORY based on the number of words in the translated sentences. When creating AI texts, you pay based on the number of words in the newly created texts. Want to export products directly to your e-shop or automate via XML feed? You pay for each active export in a given month.
